Payment Methods

Fashions4Dogs accepts Visa and MasterCard only. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 2-10 days for in stock items. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Sales Tax

Shipments within the state of California will be charged 8.5% sales tax.

Back Orders

If an item is on back order, you will be notified of a tentative date and given the option to wait or cancel. If an item has been discontinued, we will notify you by email. If you decided to cancel the order, you will be refunded for the purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

Fashions4dogs does not honor refunds, only exchanges on un-used merchandise. You will receive a store credit good for one year from date of purchase. Please state on your packaging slip why you decided to return the product.

Merchandise must be returned to Fashions4dogs in its original, unused condition within 10 days of receipt, minus a 15% restocking, shipping and handling fee.

Due to health regulations, the following items cannot be returned and exchanged:

• Beds
• Armors
• Diners/Dog Bowls
• Carriers/Totes

To Exchange Merchandise

Items must be returned insured with a delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. We can not accept items COD. Please contact "returns@fashions4dogs.com" to request a shipping address for your returned package.

Return shipping must be paid by the customer. We will notify you once the item has been received and processed. If you are returning an article of clothing, please remove any dog hair before shipping it back. If we smell dog or can't remove the hair on any apparel item, we will not accept the return. We will absorb the shipping cost if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Fashions4dogs, or a damaged product.

Cancellations

You can cancel and order within 24 hours of placing your order. To cancel a transaction, we must receive your cancellation in writing via fax or email. Fax cancellations to 925-689-9582 or email to, cancellations@fashions4dogs.com. You must include your name and order number with your cancellation request. An order is not considered cancelled until you receive an email from us confirming your cancellation.
